In collaboration with and on behalf of your ministry, our land development company, Church Development Associates, will work with like-minded developers to identify and develop land for the benefit of your congregation.

When a site is chosen, CDP will manage the negotiations and assist you in obtaining a real estate development loan from LCEF to purchase the property.

Our goal is to enable your ministry to buy the property you need at a substantial reduction in cost. We are especially sensitive to land uses adjacent to a church or school campus and will seek to identify properties that are appropriate and conducive to your congregation or ministry.
